Noting that a large number of the citizenry would troop to banks within the Municipality to withdraw their salaries, Mr. Samuel Atter visited the Lower Manya Krobo Rural Bank to assess the directive on physical distancing. An interaction was held with Operations Manager of the Bank, Mr. Eben Akumatey who indicated that the Bank is strictly adhering to the directive of physical distancing by ensuring that spacing of 1 meter is between clients to prevent the spread of COVID-19. He also acknowledged that due to limited space in the banking hall, tents have been provided outside the banking hall for clients in ensuring that the physical distancing of 1 meter is adhered.
